1. License Grant

VERYEASYGAMES grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except to the extent permitted by applicable law).
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App.
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels in the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Your Account & Progress

• No account or personal registration is required to play AimGame. All progress (levels, scores, settings) is stored locally on your device.
• We are not responsible for loss or corruption of your local game data; if you uninstall the App or clear its data, your progress may be lost.
• If you sign in with a Google account, you agree to Google’s terms: https://policies.google.com/terms

4. Ads & Monetization

• The App displays ads served by Google AdMob.
• The App is supported by Google AdMob ads.
• Clicking ads is governed by those third-party policies.
• You consent to AdMob’s collection and use of data (including Advertising ID) as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not control which ads are shown; any ad content is the responsibility of the advertiser.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The App and all related content (graphics, code, audio, text) are owned by VERYEASYGAMES or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by VERYEASYGAMES.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, run uninterrupted or error-free, or be free of bugs or viruses.
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VERYEASYGAMES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages,
• Loss of profits or revenue,
• Loss of data, or
• Personal injury or property damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VERYEASYGAMES and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate these Terms and your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted in Section 1 will immediately cease, and you must uninstall the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating in any way to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VERYEASYGAMES with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
